The Gentec-Powergas service department is well established, employing expatriate service engineers and management teams with a wealth of knowledge and industry experience.

Our commitment is to the continued and successful operation of all sets under our service contracts. We are also equipped with, and are trained to use the latest electronic and software tools to increase the speed and accuracy of service provision. Regular training courses in the UK and Nigeria ensure that our engineers maintain and enhance their knowledge, and that they are constantly learning and applying advanced service techniques. These initiatives keep us positioned to remain at the forefront of service provision in the Nigerian generator sector.

Gentec-Powergas is also committed to providing operation and maintenance training to our customers at our well-appointed training school in Lagos, and can provide standalone on-site training anywhere in Nigeria on request. Our aim in this is to help equip our customers with the knowledge and capability to maximise the operating lifespan of their power equipment.

A 3 tier parts support plan is in place to ensure a speedy response. Consumables, emergency parts, and generator accessories are stocked in Lagos, where we maintain over N120m of inventory. The Gentec UK warehouse maintains a stock of the more regularly called upon parts and the speedy service provided by the FG Wilson parts distribution network provides us with the 3rd tier of support. The use of door to door courier services allows us to respond quickly to your most urgent needs.
