The most important aspect of this is the provision of the entire range of spare parts. We stock over 120 million Naira of inventory at our stores in Lagos, spanning a range of brands including FG Wilson, Cummins, Caterpillar, and more.

A three tier parts support plan is in place to ensure a speedy response. Consumables, emergency parts, and generator accessories are stocked in Lagos, while the Gentec UK warehouse maintains a stock of the more regularly called upon parts; the speedy service provided by the FG Wilson parts distribution network provides us with the third tier of support. The use of door to door courier services allows us to respond quickly to your most urgent needs.

We are fully able to perform the parts identification where necessary, and our offices are equipped with a parts counter for instant transactions. Our internal systems and processes are designed to ensure maximum efficiency in our dealings with customers, and total integrity of the transaction from packing to delivery.
