Powergas Nigeria is committed to providing comprehensive warranty coverage for its products in any part of the world. In summary all Powergas Nigeria products (unless specified otherwise) are covered for: |

| Continuous Power |
12 months from date in service (unlimited hours) or 18 months from dispatch, whichever is sooner
|
|
Standby Power
|
24 months with 500 hours per year limitation. If the genset crosses 500 hours in the first year, the warranty defaults to continuous power cover. If genset crosses 1000 hours in the second year, then warranty expires at 1000 hours.

In the event of a product failure we will process warranty repairs with a great deal of urgency. To enable us to deliver the best service to you we need your help.
Contact the Powergas Nigeria service department to notify us of any warranty issues you may have as soon as you have them, and we will take the process forward with urgency.
